Premium 190 mm/7 ½ inch round diesel tank inspection hatch/tank access port (150 mm/6 inch access hole) made of premium 316 marine grade stainless steel plus adaptor ring and fuel resistant sealant for installation on composite tanks with irregular surfaces.
Tank size: Tanks/baffled compartments up to 150 litres each (for manual cleaning or larger for machine cleaning.)
Technical specifications: hatch size – 190 mm/7 ½ inch, internal tank access hole size 150 mm/6 inch, hatch material – 3 mm/1/8 inch premium marine grade stainless steel, gasket material – 3 mm/1/8 inch fuel resistant NBR. Approximate height above tank surface 17.5 mm/11/16 inch.
Tank material compatibility: stainless steel, aluminium, steel, plastic, copper alloy, fibreglass/composite (for composite tanks an adaptor ring is needed – sold separately here)
Compliant with MANDATORY ISO Standard 21487: Diesel tanks shall be equipped with inspection hatch(es) having a suitable diameter of at least 120 mm at a suitable position(s) for cleaning and inspection of the lowest part(s) of the tank.
